Our role
FoxAndWine is a video index site. We don’t host any videos ourselves, so we can’t remove videos from the internet. What we do is remove our listings and the embedded links to those videos. If you own rights to a video, you should also contact the site hosting the video directly.
How to send a notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))
To report a copyright issue, please include all of the following in your notice:
- The exact URL(s) of the listing(s) on foxandwine.com
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you own
- Your full name, address, and email address
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
- Your signature (typing your name is acceptable)

How we handle notices and counter-notices
We process valid notices within a few business days. If you receive a removal notice and want to submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), you can do so through the same contact page. We remove sources that repeatedly generate valid copyright complaints from our index completely.
